1. Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in China.

2. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 8–16 business days (does not include weekends or public holidays).
Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard shipping for most orders. In rare cases (remote regions or bulky items), additional shipping fees may apply, and we’ll notify you in advance.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check your package status online.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to appear in the system.

5. Are there import/customs fees?

Yes, international shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. What if my package is lost or delayed?

If you haven’t received your order after 30 business days, please contact us at support@skydronesx.com.
We will initiate an investigation with our logistics partners and provide a resolution.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We support returns and exchanges under certain conditions (e.g. item unopened, within return window).

8. What if I change my mind after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately — we’ll try to cancel it and issue a refund.
If it’s already shipped, you may return it (at your cost) under our return policy, and we’ll process refund or exchange when we receive the item.

10. Are the drones safe or certified?

Our drones are built with safety in mind (GPS stabilization, obstacle avoidance, etc.).
